Micheru Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from micheru.net. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) in accordance with the following return policy:

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Any accompanying tags, labels, or accessories must be intact and attached to the product(s).
• Products that are not eligible for return include
• Trainings you attended/joined.
• Online courses you attended/joined.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at info@micheru.net to request a return.
• Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
• Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the return shipping at our expense. Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 days. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
